Your email is how they get in

Nine out of ten attacks on a small business start with an email. Not with an obvious virus attached, anyone stops those, but with an invoice that looks like it came from the supplier you have used for years, sent from a domain close enough to yours that nobody checks twice. And if your domain is not authenticated, anyone can write to your customers pretending to be you without ever touching your server.

How we fix it

Your domain first. SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up properly and taken all the way to reject, which is the only thing that actually stops someone sending mail in your name. Then we read the DMARC reports every month and tell you who tried it and what was blocked. Most companies we look at have a DMARC record that is either missing or set to do nothing at all, which looks like protection and is not.

Then the mailbox. Filtering connects to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace through the API, sitting behind the security they already include. It sees internal mail, the messages that travel from one employee to another, which is exactly where an attack ends up once someone has taken over an account. Links and attachments are opened in an isolated environment, files are stripped of active content, and unusual account behavior gets flagged.

And the mail your systems send. Your accounting software, your scanner, the form on your website. We give them a proper authenticated relay and the DNS records to match, so your invoices arrive and your own systems stop breaking the authentication you just paid to fix.

And the signature on every mail you send. Voice phishing has overtaken email as a way in, and that call never touches your filter. So every message your company sends states plainly what you will never ask for, and gives a number to call and verify. Applied centrally from your directory, so it is on every mailbox whether the person remembers it or not.

What changes

Your mail lands in the inbox instead of the spam folder. Nobody can write to your customers using your domain. When someone tries the changed-invoice fraud, it stops before it reaches accounting. And you get a report you can hand to your auditor or your insurer without having to build one from scratch.

Do not take our word for it

Check your own domain first

Run your domain through our free email health check. There is no sign-up, and in about a minute it tells you where your SPF, DKIM and DMARC stand right now. If everything comes back green, you do not need us for this and we will tell you so. If it comes back red, you know exactly what needs fixing.
