Email Health Check

Purpose. This tool analyzes the public DNS and mail-server posture of a domain you submit (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, TLS, blacklists, MTA-STS, BIMI, DNSSEC, CAA, and related signals) and composes a plain-English briefing of findings and remediation steps. It is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for a professional security assessment.

Data Collection. To deliver the briefing, we process the domain you submit, the analysis result, your IP address (for rate limiting and abuse prevention) and, when you request a briefing, the email address you provide. Anonymous analyses do not persist your email; email-gated briefings do.

Third-Party Services. The analyzer issues outbound queries to public DNS resolvers, public DNSBLs, and your domain's mail and web servers. AI summarization is performed by an external AI provider. The DNS data sent to the AI is the same data anyone can retrieve from public DNS; no private information is shared.

No Warranty. Results reflect a single point-in-time snapshot of public records. DNS propagation, transient network conditions, third-party rate limits, and provider quirks can affect readings. We make no representation that the briefing is complete or that following it will fully secure your mail flow. You remain responsible for validating findings against your own infrastructure.

Email Verification. If you submit an email address to receive a briefing, that address may be verified for syntactic validity, MX presence, and (when enabled) deliverability via a third-party verification provider. We do not send marketing email from this analyzer unless you explicitly opt in.

Data Retention & Privacy. Captured leads (email + analysis metadata) are retained for the period configured by this site's administrator and are then automatically purged. You may request deletion at any time by contacting the site owner. We do not sell your data.

Acceptable Use. Submit only domains you own or are authorized to assess. Do not use the tool to probe domains for unlawful purposes, to harvest data at scale, or to circumvent rate limits. Abuse may result in IP blocking.

Changes. These terms may be updated at any time; the version in effect is the one displayed on this page at the moment you submit a request. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
