Alguien tiene que hacerse cargo

Most small companies do not have an IT problem, they have an ownership problem. The laptops work until they do not, the backups run until nobody checks them, and the updates wait for a quiet week that never arrives. Nothing is broken, exactly. It is just that nobody’s name is on it.

That is what shows up in the numbers: unpatched vulnerabilities are now the most common way into a company, and three quarters of the critical ones stay open. Not because they are hard to fix, but because they belong to everyone and therefore to no one.

Lo que te quitamos de encima

The day to day. Laptops, accounts, printers, the phone that stopped syncing. Your people call one number instead of asking whoever seems to know about computers. We keep an inventory of what you own and what it costs, so renewals stop being a surprise.

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Accounts created and closed properly, permissions that match the job, mailboxes preserved when someone leaves, and the security settings those platforms ship switched off by default actually turned on.

Updates and monitoring. Patching on a schedule rather than on a quiet week, prioritised by what is actually being exploited. Monitoring that tells us a disk is failing before it fails.

Si ya tienes a alguien de TI

Co-managed means we do not replace them. They keep the relationship with your team and the knowledge of your business, and we cover what one person cannot: security depth, out of hours patching, virtualization, the projects that need a second pair of hands. Everything we build is documented and handed over.

We are not tied to one security vendor, and that is on purpose. We hold accounts across the major platforms, so the right answer for a ten-person office and the right answer for a company with its own servers are different products, and we can deploy either one. Some of what we sell runs on another vendor’s engine underneath anyway, which is normal in this market and one more reason not to marry a name.

What we commit to is not a brand. It is that every machine is covered by something that acts on its own instead of filing a report, that a team reviews what it flagged at any hour, that you get told what it caught, and that if a better platform appears next year we move you to it without you losing anything. Ask us what we run today and we will tell you, along with why.
